If you are not planning to use Family Memories Video services for projection, here are some recommendations and other helpful information:

	Large Screen Projection	TV with VCR (or DVD Player)
Audience	Over 30 people if playing video once for everyone to see at the same time	Less than 30 people if playing for everyone to see at the same time Any size group if video is played continuously for stroll-by viewing throughout the event

Helpful Hints	Less than 100 people:  Minimum 6' projection screen  800 lumen LCD projector More than 100 People:  8 foot projection screen  1500 lumen LCD projector  Best to project right after dinner or during desert	Locate TV in an area of the room where a small group can gather comfortably without obstructing doorways or other activities. Often, next to the bar or in a corner of the main room works great. Do not place too close to speakers as dance music may overpower the music from the collage. Consider putting out a few chairs for your older guests. Start playing as the first guests arrive. Turn off during toasts and dinner. Turn back on after dinner for the non-dancer crowd.
Special Considerations when Ordering	Consider ordering DVDs for the highest quality image	If playing throughout the event request a looped VHS copy from infinity productions (1 – 3 hours). A DVD with auto replay function will provide the highest quality image and play continously.
